1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed for shipping or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

  1. Send an email to [support@metrolume.com] or contact our customer care with your order details.

  2. Our team will confirm your cancellation request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once confirmed, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated according to the payment method.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Any payment gateway or bank processing charges may be deducted as per the policies of the payment provider.

  • If the order was prepaid and the cancellation occurs before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

  • If the order is already in the dispatch process, the cancellation request will not be entertained, and the customer may initiate a return once delivered (as per our Return & Refund Policy).


4. Non-Cancellable Items

Some items cannot be canceled once the order is placed:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Influencer merchandise

  • Clearance sale or final sale items
